Download and Sign NDA Form
You are required to download and sign a Non-disclosure Agreement with Ruxley Integrated Global Services

Download and Fill Vendor Registration Form
Download and fill the vendor registration form honestly and correctly

Send Application
Attach required documents, Signed and Filled NDA and Vendor Registration Form to vendor@ruxleyglobal.com

Confirmation Email
Once you submit your registration form and required documents, you should receive a Confirmation Email from the Ruxley Vendor Management Team. This email acknowledges that your application has been received and is under review. If you have not received this email, please ensure that you sent your documents to the correct email address: vendorMgt@ruxleyglobal.com
Status Inquiry
If you wish to inquire about the status of your registration, you can:

Provide the company name, registration reference number (if provided), and any other relevant details to help locate your application.
You can also reach out to your assigned point of contact, if applicable.
Processing Time
The processing time for vendor registration typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the volume of applications and the complexity of the assessment process. If any additional information or clarification is needed during the review, a member of the Vendor Management Team will reach out to you.
Notification of Outcome
Once the review is completed, you will receive an email informing you of one of the following:
Approved: Your company has been successfully registered as a vendor and will be added to Ruxley’s list of qualified suppliers.
Pending Further Review: More documentation or clarification is required to finalize your registration.
Rejected: If your application does not meet the requirements, you will be notified, and feedback may be provided.
Access to the Supplier Portal
If your registration is successful, you will be granted access to Ruxley’s Supplier Portal, where you can manage your profile, update company information, and participate in procurement opportunities.
