- Confidential Information: Employees must not disclose any confidential or proprietary information about Ruxley, its clients, or partners on social media. This includes financial data, project details, business strategies, or any other sensitive information.
- Respectful Engagement: All interactions on social media should reflect professionalism and respect. Employees should avoid engaging in arguments, posting negative comments, or sharing inappropriate content. Disagreements should be addressed constructively and privately.
Guidelines for Personal Use of Social Media
- Personal Accounts: Employees may use personal social media accounts to express their views. However, they should clarify that opinions expressed are their own and do not represent the views of Ruxley Integrated Global Services Limited.
- Discretion: Employees should be mindful of the content they post on personal accounts. Inappropriate content, including offensive language, images, or comments that could harm the company’s reputation, may result in disciplinary action.
