Scope
This QHSE Policy applies to all employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and any other stakeholders involved in Ruxley’s operations, both onshore and offshore, as well as at project sites and offices.

Health

– Continuously assess and mitigate risks through rigorous Risk Management Procedures and ensure Hazard Identification and Control at all levels.
– Provide appropriate Training, Resources, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to all employees, contractors, and partners to ensure safe working practices.
– Foster a Safety-First Culture where every employee has the authority to stop unsafe work and is encouraged to report potential hazards or incidents.

As part of Ruxley’s Strategy & Sustainability goals and objectives, our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) department coordinates the promotion and implementation of Ruxley’s health and safety policies.
We monitor a range of indicators to constantly adapt our actions to better prevent and protect personal health and safety issues.

– Conducting Environmental Impact Assessments for projects, ensuring all potential risks are identified and mitigated, and adopting corrective measures to address environmental concerns

– Conduct regular Internal Audits, Risk Assessments, and Management reviews to identify areas for improvement.
– Encourage an Open Communication Culture, where employees and contractors can provide feedback and report QHSE-related issues without fear of reprisal.
Role and Responsibilities
– Senior Management: Provide leadership, set QHSE objectives, and ensure adequate resources are available to meet these goals.
– Managers and Supervisors: Ensure that QHSE policies are implemented and followed within their teams, and that employees are provided with the necessary training and support.
– Employees and Contractors: Take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others, report hazards, and adhere to all QHSE procedures and guidelines.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Communication and Training
We will ensure that this QHSE Policy is communicated to all employees, contractors, and other stakeholders. Furthermore, we will provide the necessary Training, Resources, and Support to ensure that all personnel understand and comply with the policy.
Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or as required to ensure it remains relevant and effective in addressing the changing needs of our business, clients, and regulatory landscape.
