Purpose
The purpose of this Anti-Slavery and Child Labour Policy is to demonstrate Ruxley Integrated Global Services Limited’s commitment to preventing modern slavery and child labour in all aspects of our operations and supply chain. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and third-party service providers engaged with Ruxley Integrated Global Services Limited, across all locations and business functions.

Definitions
- Modern Slavery: Encompasses forced labour, bonded labour, human trafficking, and any situation where individuals are coerced to work against their will.
- Child Labour: Refers to any work performed by children that is mentally, physically, socially, or morally dangerous and harmful, or interferes with their schooling.
Commitment to Anti-Slavery
- Legal Compliance: Ruxley will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding slavery and human trafficking in all jurisdictions where we operate.
- Supplier Engagement: We will ensure that our suppliers and contractors are aware of and adhere to our commitment to anti-slavery practices. This includes assessing their compliance through appropriate due diligence processes.
Child Labour
- Zero Tolerance: Ruxley maintains a strict policy of zero tolerance towards child labour in our operations and supply chain. We will not knowingly engage with any suppliers or contractors who employ children in violation of applicable laws.

- Reporting Mechanism: Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report any suspected instances of modern slavery or child labour to their supervisor or the Human Resources (HR) department. Reports will be treated confidentially.
- Protection for Whistleblowers: Ruxley prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports concerns or violations related to this policy in good faith.
Training and Awareness
– Ruxley will provide training and resources to employees to promote awareness of modern slavery and child labour issues, ensuring that all personnel understand their responsibilities under this policy.
Policy Review
This Anti-Slavery and Child Labour Policy will be reviewed annually or as needed to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Updates will be communicated to all employees.
